How do I stop Voice Control from overlaying a blue screen and audible prompt sound whenever my iPhone is vertical or horizontal?

I have Siri off. I have everything off that I can think of. This has only happened since updating to 18.1.1 on my 14Pro

Turning off Siri immediate response sound When I prompt my Apple device with “Siri”, I get an immediate alert sound response which interrupts my question to Siri. How can I turn off that sound without affecting all my other sounds?

Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Overlay > [Select None] Probably you have selected Item Names.
