Repeating events created in google calendar only sync the 1st event in Apple Calendar

I have an iPhone 16 with iOS 18.1.1

If I create a repeating event in google calendar, only the first event in that series will sync to google calendar.

I have done troubleshooting such as removing my google account and adding it back on. All other events sync fine between the two calendars.

It’s just the repeating events that are having this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

iCloud Calendar events not syncing from iPhone to MacBook Events created in iCloud Calendar on iPhone are not syncing with iCloud Calendar on Macbook. Events created on Mac are syncing to iPhone. Calendar events not appearing in search on my iPhone 16 I just switched from an iPhone 14 to a 16 and noticed there was a glitch in my calendar. When I try to search for a past appointment, it is not coming up even though I can go back and look for it manually and find it. Is there a fix for this?
