I am finding the control centre buttons way to small to read or use after the iOS 18.1.1 update. Is there a way to change it back ? I will never use this feature as is now which is truely frustrating and annoying.

I was in the same boat, frustrated. Read the Apple article on the new control center, you can resize the icons so they are bigger.
You can’t revert it to a previous version but you can see if customizing it may be helpful for you.
This article does mention how to resize a control so following those steps may make things better for you.

Thx but there is no control edit I can see to make the buttons larger so it’s a pretty useless update again for people that didn't want it and can’t use it. I honestly don’t know why new updates can’t be made to be optional declined.. or at least have options to visually remain the same. Totally regretting this update now and have turned them off

While the aesthetic of it all is still NOT pleasing, I was able to make my buttons big enough to hit accurately.
I wish I could still just disappear the extra button slots. It was NOT at all easy to rearrange the layout - move 1 button they all moved *panic* but with some help I finally got it to a workable state.
