How do I reset parental controls on iPhone 15 Pro?

I recently realized that the parental controls on my kids iPhone 15 Pro aren't working. I can see the app usesage on my Mac Book but neither the app limits nor the downtime settings seems to work.

As i took a look at the kids Phone i found the menu totally changed to what you can see in the attached image.

Can somebody tell me, what my kid has done on his iPhone and how i can get the parental controls back to working?
