My daughter was so upset IPhone 7 suddenly shut down and never works , went to apple Genius Bar couple of times they said cannot do anything while it's a recall . This is bad not expected from apple . They could have replaced because already there is a recall. If it's on recall and repair cannot be done they should just replace with another phone.

What recall are they saying is associated with her issue? They would not replace it with a different model. For the out of warranty price (estimated $319 if the issue is something other than the battery or screen. Battery $69 ) it would be replaced with same model.

The issue that happened for iPhone 7 was related to audio issues if I’m not mistaken (ended up being a class action case not an actual recall). Doesn’t seem to apply to your issue if the device won’t start at all. Nothing on the link above indicates that Apple wouldn’t repair or replace the device so you may want to contact Apple directly about this. Also, what exactly did they diagnose the issue as?
The iPhone 7 was discontinued over 5 years ago, they are not going to give you a replacement.
The recall was for audio issues, nothing to do with the phone shutting down.
