NO IOS on MAC how to load with no disks
I need to create some sort of bootable disk as when I plug the machine in it does not give me a chance to pick anything to boot from and I would like to get the IOS loaded. CAtalina 10.15.7

If you boot into Recovery or Internet Recovery you can reinstall macOS directly. See this article for more information -> Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support
If you specifically want to create a bootable installer disk (flash drive) you need a working Mac to do so. Let us know if that's the case.

Just for the sake of clarity in case you need to do a search or otherwise might get confused by comments and instructions, iOS is the operating system that runs on iPhones. Your Mac runs macOS.
