Want to factory reset Magic Keyboard with Touch ID

I have a Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric keypad. I want to wipe it back to the original factory settings and sell it. I tried holding down option and shift and clicking on the bluetooth icon in my menu bar and looked for the option to "Factory Reset" as had been suggested elsewhere. No option existed.

I would appreciate info to completely reset this keyboard. OS 15.1.1, 2024 24" iMac, M4 chip
