Upgrade to Sonoma has broken both Endicia for the Mac and the web version of Endicia Stamps on Safair

I upgraded last week to Sequoia 15.1.1 from Sonoma and now indica for the Mac on my desktop is broken and the Endicia web version will not run on Safari (it will however work on Firefox). Tech support at Wndicia/Stamp kept referring me to the Keychain utility but as far as I can tell that was removed sometime in Sequoia and replaced with the Password app. Endicia would appear to be trying to access the Keychain to allow sign-in on either format or re-installing of the desktop app. Up till the install last week everything has been running smoothly and I miss my desktop version desperately. Any ideas?

I don't think Endicia supports Sequoia, and maybe not even Sonoma officially, although you were using it with Sonoma. Their web site was last updated (in the Mac section) in 2023 and it mentions support for High Sierra, Mojave, and the last Endicia update was in August 2023. Sonoma came out in September 2023 and Sequoia in September 2024, so Endicia doesn't even know about either Sonoma nor Sequoia. And yes, Keychain Access is gone in Sequoia, so any software looking for it won't work. The support people at Endicia don't even seem to know about Sequoia as they told you that it needs Keychain Access.
