One airpod is louder than the other
I bought my wife new airpods thinking the old one was not working as one ear volume is low.
Even this new one has the same problem. Does anyone know why?

I couldn't find this answer on the forum:
Under accessibility there is an option called Audio & Visual.
In this screen you can find a balance option. Check if the balance is set to either left or right.
This solved my issue. It was set to the right on my wife's phone.
