Unauthorized access to personal information and Apple ID on iPhone

Please don’t allow anyone to use my name for anything, it will be unacceptable and if they do they got my information without my consent and keep a watch on my phone and make changes to it like changing my password and Apple ID . My phone is being controlled by someone else, I don’t know how to delete this all…or stop them from doing this, they use my email and subscribe to things, change passwords and my email, snoop through my phone etc.. please help!!!
