Our Logitech circle security cameras go offline at random. Particularly if we have been away for a few days. It can’t be reset because we are away. I suspect that there is a software problem either in the HomePods we have or the Home App.

HomePod mini streams randomly stopping Seeing lots of versions of this question so adding another voice to the mix. I stream radio stations on my HomePod mini (request via Siri). For 2-3 years, everything has been perfect - for 8-10 hours per day. As of a couple of weeks ago, streams are stopping randomly or skipping. Streams are all through Apple Music. It is incredibly annoying. My wifi unit is replaced every 2-3 years. Last replacement was a few months ago. HomePod mini is showing full-bar wifi strength, using same 5GHz band and SSID as always. HomePod has not been moved. Wifi has not been moved. No interruptions on multiple other devices such as cameras, robots, switches, etc. HomePod is updated frequently - currently at 18.4.1. Have power cycled HomePod. Have factory reset and re-added HomePod to HomeKit. Power cycled several more times. iPhone placed next to HomePod shows same full-bar wifi strength on same 5GHz band. Internet connection is 1GB fiber and shows no interruptions in service to any other devices or streams. Internet connection consistently tests at 800MB/s+ both up and down. Asking Siri to play the same station again gets it playing again. But for a random length of time, maybe one minute or five mites or 20 minutes or maybe an hour but that's it. Then silence and have to ask for station again. So it's not a wifi or connectivity problem and it's not a software update problem. Seems like I have tried every possible suggestion from everywhere - because this is so incredibly annoying. If it's been suggested before here or elsewhere or an AI, I can tell you it doesn't work. What to do? I did not have this problem with 18.2 or whatever other versions folks had throughout the years with the same problem. Started with 18.4 for me it seems.

Climate broken AGAIN in HomePod/homepod mini after tvOS 18.2 It was going so well after Apple knackered the climate features in one of the tvOS 17.x updates, but now they’ve done it again with 18.2. I’m assuming I’m not alone in having this issue? HomePod 2nd gen and four HomePod minis all upgraded to tvOS 18.2 last week and all showing “No Response” for temp/humidity when I check the home app on my iPhone 12mini running iOS 18.2. Checking the individual HomePods gear icons in the home app under Accessories for the separate temp/humidity sensors shows “This accessory is not responding.” When I interrogate the HomePod 2 directly and ask the temperature/humidity it answers that the sensor didn’t respond, however the HomePod minis will answer (correctly - I have a small digital temp/humidity monitor) and then state the sensor failed to respond 😅 An additional wrinkle is that the home app on my 4th gen iPad Air running iPadOS 18.2 shows a red dot on the gear icon for each HomePod/homepod mini, indicating update available, but when I tap it the bubble with the upgrade button quickly disappears. This isn’t true of the home app on my iPhone. So looks like something goofed up here. I’d hate to do yet another factory reset on these things just for this - especially given when I tried that for this issue in the past it had no effect, so hopefully tvOS 18.2.1 isn’t far behind!

HomePod so buggy it's not worth it. what am I missing? What is up with Apple?! Seems like their products just aren't what they used to be. I keep telling myself it's time to move on after experiences like this and for some reason I buy another bug ridden product. We have two HomePods at the office (now everyone thinks we should have bough Sonos). They constantly stop playing, drop out of stereo, can't find them in the home app and now they have been "configuring" for over a day and a half. Apple says they need to be moved because of wifi interference but they are literally within 10 feet of the router with nothing blocking them. Any suggestions why they keep dropping stereo, one or both randomly drops off of the home app, have to hard reset them and then they work for a while until they don't. Now they both are stuck configuring.
