Unable to login with my Apple Account on my iPhone 13.
Can I just start over looks like I have 2 apple accts. Now just want to delete all and start over how do I do this?

Don't be confused by the title of the article. For all practical purposes, since Apple has designed it so one user = one Apple Account, you are basically making the device available to a new owner (the other account).
