Organizing Files on Macbook is not properly arranged

Hi, I'm using Macbook pro 16 inch, with macOS Sonoma.

I'm trying to organize files but as shown in the attached image, files are not arranged on the bottom now.

Could anybody help me figure out with this?

You can try using the "Stacks" feature in macOS to organize your files:

Select all the files you want to organize.
Drag and drop them into a Stacks folder on your desktop or in a Finder window.
Right-click (or control-click) on the Stacks folder and choose "Organize By" > "Date Modified" or "Name" to sort your files.
