Request to Resolve Family Sharing Setup Issue
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to seek your assistance with setting up Family Sharing on my Apple ID. When I attempt to enable Family Sharing, I receive the following message:
“A family member who is an adult with valid payment information in iTunes and the App Store is required to set up Family Sharing.”
I am 18 years old and believe I meet the requirements to be the Family Organizer. I have ensured that my payment information is up-to-date in my Apple ID, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there are any adjustments needed to my account, such as verifying my age or updating account settings, I would appreciate your guidance.
