Is this used iMac M3 for sale a good deal?
Saler is next city over from me, originally listed at 7, lowered to 6, it’s an M3 so must be 2023 or newer model. Is this a good deal?

You have not told us any of the specifications, such as whether it is the two-port or four-port model, or how much RAM or SSD space it has. We also cannot assess its condition.
You cannot expand RAM or internal SSD space on these Macs after purchase, and I would suggest looking for one with at least 16 GB of RAM. (8 GB used to be the standard amount on “stock” models.)
If you buy a used Mac, make sure that the seller has prepared it properly for resale so that you do not get a machine that is associated with someone else’s Apple Account and that can never be made to work properly with yours.

As you may have guessed, I am not going to recommend this purchase, much less try to guess a good price for it.

Just to add, Apple is asking $1019 for the lowest spec M3 iMac on Apple's refurbished site.
We are already seeing sad posts here from people who cannot update their macOS version because they don't have enough free space on a 256GB drive That affects any user, not just professionals.
Run away.
If you mean $700 & $600, it's a reasonably good price assuming it works and is in good condition.
I strongly recommend reading The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying a Used iPad/iPhone - Apple Community.
99% of it applies equally to Macs.
Right, that’s what I thought, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy!

Well, shoot, I was hoping I was lucking out on some free healthcare there as well! 😂
🤣
Just to add, a 8GB/256GB M3 iMac may be suitable for your needs. It wouldn't suit mine.
FWIW, among others I have a 16GB/1TB M3 iMac which I'm typing on now. I use it at least 80% of the time.
