Floating window on iPad screen

Im trying to set up my ipad recently received back from repair having removed all data. So I'm setting up from scratch. i have a small square window randomly moving around on the set up screens so I cant set up any of these screens eg wifi. Any ideas?? I think it may be the zoom window but because I have no access to settings I can’t get into this to check

You might need to turn off zoom via a pc or Mac when zoom is engaged

  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to a computer.
  2. On a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, open a Finder window. ...
  3. Select your device when it appears in the Finder or iTunes.
  4. Select Configure Accessibility.
  5. To turn off Zoom, deselect the Zoom checkbox.
  6. Click OK.
