Apple charged for unsuccessful TikTok video promotion

hi ... I wanted to download tweeter last time I had to pay $5.34 before! and yesterday I wanted to promote a video on tiktok Apple took money from me but I couldn't promote my video ... could I get a refund?

I was charged for a free trial at the minute I accepted to start the free trial It billed me a lot more than the app even asked for in the begin with. The name of the app is AVI. I got charged for it and deleted immediately and removed subscription. But I can’t ask for refund because it doesn’t even show that it billed me. Just got an sms with Apple Pay bill and no way to get refund. That happened to me twice btw. I’m scared of using these “free” trial apps. It cost me a lot of money and I’m asking for a refund
