How can I restore my device to iCloud account?

I had two apple devices connected to one icloud account.

iphone 4 -

iphone 6 - Unfortunately this was water damaged and couldn't be restored. By the time this was water damaged, I had data on icloud account.

Recently, when I logged in, again, I missed the fact that i had the iphone 6 also linked. To free up the space, I accidentally removed the device. Once the aftermath was done, now I do not have the ip6 data on iCloud, neither have the phone. ip4 data still exists.

Now the question, though a long shot, is Apple Support team able to add the device back to my account, based on the historical information they have about it?
