iPhone 16 Pro not recognizing QR codes
I can’t get phone to recognize a QR code when in camera mode. No matter how close to the camera or far away nothing appears. I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue (same iPhone) and started using a free third party app I downloaded from the App Store. I reported the bug.
