epson es-580 connection problems with Sequoia 15.1.1
Using Sequoia 15.1.1 the Epson Smart Scan stopped connecting to the Power Book. But I can connect via the Printers and Scanners in System Settings.

Since Sonoma—the new way
A new print icon called “Print Center “ replaces all of the old printer icons. Everything works as expected.
In Print Center, use the "Printer -> Add to Dock" menu.
If it is listed as AirPrint printer, delete the existing printer, and add it again, select AirPrint.
