Unable to create Apple Account on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max
I bought a new 16 pro max for my friend,
but i cant create a new appleid on it…

You bought if for your friend, for from your friend? Did it open to the Hello Page when you powered it on? If it didn't and you bought from some friend, they didn't prepare the phone properly for a new user and they must remove the phone from their account. If they can't do this or are unwilling to do this, return the phone and get your money back.
