iPad Air battery health depleted to 97% in 106 charge cycles

The battery on my iPad Air M2 depleted to 97% battery health in just 106 charge cycles, my iPad never heats up because I don’t really do a lot of intensive use of it neither do I leave it on charge for long periods of time I have optimized battery charging and I charge my iPad mindfully.

Please tell me if my battery is fine and it’s supposed to be at 97% in just over a 100 chatge cycles or there is something wrong with my battery and I should probably get it checked.

If someone facing the same issue as mine, let me know.

Battery health is not an exact science...

Your iPad battery is rated to retain ~80% of its original capacity when new after 1000 full charge cycles. Simple math suggests that the battery health will therefore be reduced by ~1% for every 50 charge cycles. As such, having exceeded 100 charge cycles, you might reasonably anticipate seeing more than a 2% reduction.

Given the figures that you quote, your iPad battery appears to be performing about as expected.
