Can Apple help in retrieving deleted emergency call records?

I think you already know that a third party would not have any access to a call that was made over T-Mobile's network.

If you really want to pursue this, contact your lawyer, who will need to secure a court order to access T-Mobile's records.

Privacy concerns? Is the account not hers? Since you said due to privacy concerns T-Mobile doesn’t show proof of the call. Sounds like it’s because she’s not the account holder. Not that they can’t do it. She (or whoever owns the account and can log into the T-Mobile to see account details) should be able to look at past bills online which will show detailed usage (outgoing calls made and the time/duration) unless it is so old that it is no longer accessible. Then it may require a court order to get older records.

I went to look at my own bill for a 911 call I had to make for my son and noticed it wasn’t there. A quick internet search made it clear that 911 calls don’t appear due to privacy and because they are not billable (forgot that you can make 911 calls even on a deactivated phone). She would have to get a court order which would allow for the actual call recordings to be accessed. She can also check to see what her states public information act requires and submit a request for the 911 recorded call (she will need to find out what is required if it is allowed in her state). No other way to get around that.

No, after further research it is true that 911 calls do not show to the carrier or on the call details for the account because they are not billable and for privacy concerns. I went to check for a September 11th 911 call I had to make for a medical emergency (I literally knew the exact time the call was made so it was even easier to search for it). Every call made before and after that showed but the 911 call does not. That prompted me to research further and I was able to look at the requirements for my own states Open Records Act and how info can be obtained for 911 calls and what is restricted (in my state the actual audio for a call where the caller dies or was a minor at the time of the call is restricted). The info will vary by state.

If she (or whoever owns the phone) deleted the call log history then no. A third party can’t retrieve what isn’t there. As already mentioned, the account holder can log in their T-Mobile account and look at past records. Or get a court order. But if she is not the account holder she has no rights to those records.

Apple has never had access to any of your calls. If the carrier is unable to provide the proof your friend is looking for, there is nowhere else to go.

There is a 3rd party. Your friend needs to hire an attorney and try to secure a court order, if the courts agree your friend is entitled to the call data. There are no 3rd party services who could possibly access the call logs from T-Mobile.

The representatives are new hires.....minimum wage folks reading from a screen in front of them.

In criminal cases and missing persons cases, the police and FBI don't talk to these folks.

Talk your lawyer if you really want to pursue this.
