Why does my Bluetooth start playing music automatically?

I am begging someone to please tell me how to stop this problem. I use Bluetooth in my truck to listen to music or listen to Facebook reels or TikTok or whatever, and whenever I pause videos, it will play whatever music source it played last. If you use the microphone to do any type of talk to text, the moment you hang up, it starts the music. It is so **** frustrating and despite having looked it up multiple times and tryingthe suggestions, I still can’t seem to get it to stop. At this point, I don’t know if it’s an Apple problem, a Bluetooth problem, or a Toyota problem, but it is super frustrating.. There have been times where I have stopped using the microphone and it starts playing the song, and I have closed the Music app and when I go back to whatever I was doing, it will open the Music app again and I have to close it again. There have been other times where I have pressed play on a video and it stops the song and plays the video for a few seconds, and then switches over to the music.
