Bullied through text messages

My 12 year old is being bullied through text messages. She does not have a cell phone number just a apple email. The texts she is getting are being deleted from the sender. Is there anyway to recover those messages?

You cannot bring back deleted texts, but you can take screenshots when they come in. You do have options:

Take Screenshot - Take a screenshot on iPhone - Apple Support
Contact your local police department. Apple works with investigators to investigate any crimes. Information about the sender will come from a subpoena.
Block the sender - Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Report it to Apple - Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Change email address
