Suspicious phishing attempt via SMS

It's not a reproducible error. This is the second one I've received in 2 months. I reported the first to AT&T.

This is the SMS message. I did not use any numbers or websites in the message.

Apple Approval Notice

We have noticed that your Apple iCloud id was recently used at \"APPLE STORE - CA\" for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization. Also some suspicious sign in request and apple pay activation request detected. That looks like suspicious to us. In order to maintain the security and privacy of your account we have placed those request on hold.  If NOT you? talk to an Apple Representative. Failing may lead to auto debit and charge will not be reversed. Call +1 8******02 immediately to cancel this charge.

Have a great day!

I really don't know what to do. I'm getting tired of theses. Although this is just the second one I’m getting all kinds of unwanted warnings. It's really a pain. It never used to happen .

Yep it is a scam message. Your number is in the hands of scammers and SMS messages are sent directly from your cell provider. Other than changing the number or blocking by the cell provider, you will continue to get those phishing attempts. Apple does provide a support article for recognizing and reporting those as well.
