I had an unauthorized purchase from Mainland China through the App Store a few weeks ago. I have been sending multiple requests to Apple to tell them I did not make the purchase. I am now getting emails from Apple in Chinese including a receipt for the app that I did not purchase.

Are you in the US? Call them and ask for iTunes support if you are: 800-MY-APPLE
Did you check your credit card to validate you were actually charged? This could easily be a scam.

Yes, in the U.S. I have been trying to do electronic correspondence because I don't have time to sit on hold with Apple for hours. been there, done that. If it doesn't work out, I will call. Thanks for the help.

Yes. I have contacted Apple at least four times through the correct process. The first three times, I got no response. Now I am getting emails in Chinese.
Every time I've EVER called Apple, I have never been on hold for hours. Typically, you get through to a live person in a matter of minutes.
