Migrating stickies from High Sierra to Sequoia

Hi, I just transferred docs and apps from a MacBook Air running High Sierra to a new MacBook Pro running on Sequoia and realized that all of my stickies are gone, which is a bummer because I've been saving important info on them and accumulated a lot over the years. I've been reading posts on different forums but can't pinpoint the one answer specific to this situation & systems. There's no location: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.stickies/Data/Library on my old Mac to copy files from and move to the new Mac. There's only a single StickiesDatabase file, but when I dropped it in the folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.stickies/Data/Library on the new Mac nothing happened. Or I'm doing something wrong... I'm not very tech savvy, so looking either for a magic trick or pedestrian solution here - if they indeed exist. Thank you!

Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

~/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/Stickies

The Stickies folder itself would be

~/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/

Click on Stickies to open the application, click "Window" on the top toolbar, then "Arrange By" then "Location on Screen."

~/Applications/Stickies.app

Thank you leroydouglas. Unfortunately, on my High Sierra MacBook Air (10.13.6), there is no such folder as:

~/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/Stickies

or

~/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/

So I can't copy and paste anything. There's only a "StickiesDatabase" file. I have no idea how I can transfer this to the new MacBook Pro to be legible by Sequoia.

Thanks.
