Is 96% battery health normal after 15 cycles on my MacBook Pro?

Hello,

This is my first MacBook that I own and my battery health is already down to 96% after 15 cycles, as this is my first MacBook I don't know what normal or not, if any of you maybe have more knowledge then me and are willing to share it.

thanks in advance!

I would not be concerned.

You have an expect cycle count of 1000.

≤ 80% maximum capacity is when Apple suggests the battery is eligible for replacement

The rule of thumb—if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on the battery only—this is how you help optimize your battery charging and extend the working life of your battery by reducing the cycle count.
