Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

I believe you could also migrate by restoring a backup of the old iPhone to the new iPhone.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Restore all content to iPhone from a backup - Apple Support
