On Dec 8, bought an Ipad at apple.com in Brazil and was expecting to receive it Dec. 11. Much to my deception, what arrived was a piece of wood in a box with all the paperwork for the Ipad which I paid for. Apple contact numbers on Brazil do not answer!!!!

Your package was obviously tampered with enroute to your location. Not sure what contact number you used, but try the one provided here. They do answer and when it is busy, you will be given an option for call back. They will have to start an investigation that will include the package carrier.
