Unable to pay for certain online applications on my iPhone

If you come here and say you cannot do something you need to tell us what makes you think you cannot. Often there is an error message and that is a key diagnostic to the issue. Include that in your first post or else it slows down the whole process of you getting assistance.

- Add money to your Apple Account balance - "Use a payment method, such as a credit or debit card, to add funds to your Apple ID balance." This takes the previous payment method one step farther by optionally using it to irreversibly add funds to an Apple ID account balance instead of having the card charged each time.

If no option is shown to "Add Money to Account" using this method (you only see using gift cards) then it may not be available in your country. Use a gift card instead.

If an app or feature on your device is not working or is restricted, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.
