Is there no iOS v17.7.3 for older iPhones that can't run iOS v18 or am I blind?

No, because ANY iPhone which was capable of running iOS 17 is capable of running iOS 18. Tell us what model iPhone you own and we can tell you what iOS version it can run.

Apple released it for iPads; nobody on these boards can say whether there will be one for iPhones.
