I recently installed iOS 18.2 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and discovered that the Image Playground feature is missing from my device. I’ve already checked the App Store, but it’s nowhere to be found. I’m not certain if this feature is still unavailable in the Philippines. Are you experiencing the same issue in the Philippines?

I’ve been using Apple Intelligence since its launch, and I also enjoy using Genmoji and the Image Wand. The only feature I’m missing right now is the Image Playground. It’s strange because it’s available on my MacBook here in the Philippines.

You'd have to have Apple Intelligence to get Image Playground. Have you installed Apple Intelligence on your iPhone? See this --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)
The Philippines is not currently a supported region for Apple Intelligence. You'd need to set the language and Siri language on your iPhone to US english. And you cannot own an iPhone manufactured for the Chinese market. You can tell if you have a Chinese market iPhone, by going to Settings > General > About > Model and if it ends in CH/A, you cannot use Apple Intelligence until it is approved for use in China.
