Microphone issues on iPhone 11

I just upgraded my iPhone. The previous one was having issues when my microphone would not work on audio calls but would work on FaceTime and Snapchat. On that old phone I was never able to use voice type or Siri. Now I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 11(from a previous SE phone) and the same issue is occurring with everything. Calls are very dodgy but the microphone does not work on FaceTime, Snapchat, voice to text, and siri. Does anyone know a solution to this? I make phone calls on the daily so it’s quite difficult to do my job when my mic doesn’t work.
