Airpod Max’s keep disconnecting and glitches

I have done many resets in the last week, these resets definitely worked, but yet i keep getting the same problem over and over again: mainly my airpods keep disconnecting. Wether i am moving my head to fast or slightly adjusting the headphones on my head, they instantly disconnect. This makes it very tiring and annoying, is there anything i can do to permanently stop this problem. I also have experienced glitches, where the right side of the headphones just turn off, and while the left side works perfectly fine.
