Is there any way to disable Touch ID for Password app on my iPad?

Hi I am using an iPad mini 5 and am not sure I want to access my passwords via Touch ID. I have gone into settings Touch ID/passcodes and turned off autofill as suggested but am still being asked for Touch ID on new password app. To turn off Touch ID on password app doe I have to turn it off for all apps

Some sensitive operations, such as accessing saved credentials, require you to re-authenticate.

If TouchID has been set-up on your device, you will be prompted to use TouchID to access the Passwords App. If the biometric (TouchID) authentication fails, you will be prompted to enter your Passcode.

If you choose to completely delete all registered fingerprints from your iPad, this will disable TouchID - and you will instead be prompted for your Passcode to perform sensitive operations.
