Does anyone have any idea what these marks are at the bottom of my screen? What causes them? They only appear when the device is on. They don’t appear to affect functionality (or not much).

No. That’s physical damage to the LCD. The only way to fix that is to have the display replaced. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store.

They look like mini inks in the screen… Probably your phone fell or the bottom on the screen was pressured(someone sat on it, something heavy rested on that end or something else). But it’s ink I believe

If I leave it, will the problems get worse? (Obviously I’ll get it sorted out ASAP, but I want to check if there’s a time factor involved.)
It will probably get worse, yes.
Haven’t had a chance to get it seen to yet, but oddly, the marks on the screen are actually diminishing. Still some problems with the keyboard and occasionally response.
