WhatsApp chat history restoration

I have enabaled WhatsApp chat in the current phone. I tried to transfer the WhatsApp chat from my old phone to the one I am using now. After transferring, I don’t get the chat history of the phone I am using now and getting only the the transferred history from the old one. How to get the chat history of this phone before effecting the transfer from the old phone from the iCloud backup
