Apple Pay freezing and slow identity verification on my iPhone X

I have a iPhone X, every time when i try to open the wallet app it opens and is never loading it remains a white screen. When I go to the settings to “Wallet & Apple Pay” and I press that option the whole settings app freezes and I got to close it and open it back. Other thing that is odd is that every time when I want to install a new app or make a payment to something that includes the apple store (buy apps; subscription.. etc) it takes a very long time to get the option to verify my identity and It’s just like a loading screen( I can’t exit the app when this happens. If i want to i can turn off my phone and the. back on but if i don’t do this it will stay like that until the option to verify my identity shows). Please if someone knows what this is help a friend out :D cheers
