USB C ports don't work on MacBook Pro 2023

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my MacBook Pro (November 2023) featuring the Apple M3 chip. I am unable to load any USB devices through various hubs, and at this point, it’s becoming very frustrating after trying to solve the issue for quite some time.

Interestingly, I have no issues whatsoever with my MacBook Pro 2016. I’ve gone through discussions on various forums and tried multiple solutions, but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem or found a way to fix it before visiting the Apple Store?

Thank you in advance for your help!

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.2

Can you connect the devices directly? In other words, remove the hub from the equation?

Hello, matus210!

Unfortunately, there’s nothing that we can do. This is an issue that Apple needs to deal with directly. Contact the Official Apple Support for assistance.

Sorry that I couldn’t help.
