Video looping in iOS 18

I wanted to provide some very strong feedback to the iOS team. Would like to see the automatic video looping in Photos on iPhone discontinued in future releases (I'm running 18.1.1). IMHO, that feature should be configurable.

After upgrading iOS18, if I play a video to auto-repeats in an endless loop until I stop it where in the past it would stop at the end of the video.

Videos automatically loop after update 18.0.1. Please make a way to stop videos from auto looping on IOS 18.0.1 it is very annoying.

iOS 18.2 viewing videos vs photos in photo library When viewing the new photo library in iOS 18 in dark or black background mode there is no way to tell a photo from a video. In white background you can barely see the tiny grey play button at the bottom of each video but it does not exist when viewing with black background. That is a terrible oversight. When trying to show others a video you have to blind them with the bright white background as you scroll through the library to find a video. I never use that mode to view photo library.
