How can I check the status of a refund request?

I made a mistake purchasing products I did not want, on the 7 th of November I immediately made a refund after such mistake, it has been one month now and I have still not received my refund.. please I need the money back, kindly help me

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account.
Choose Check Status of Claims. If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests. Learn how to request a refund.
