Accidentally called scam number when i went to block it
Accidentally rang a scam number that i went to block today.
Will i get a lot more scam calls now?
Is there anything to be concerned about?

No. Don't answer them. The iPhone usually identifies possible spam calls.
Register your number in the "Do not call registry" if you are in the USA. It is not a guarantee but it might help.
