How do I fix white noise speaker issue on my iPhone?

I have been using Iphone 14 since last year and recently I saw, that when I am starting to record audio or video message white noice appears. What’s the problem and how can I fix it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max bottom speaker not working The bottom speaker on the pro max 12 quit working randomly about a month ago and everything I have read or watched has not been able to fix it. So here I am hoping that I missed something but would greatly appreciate any help I can get. with out that speaker it makes it extremely difficult to hear any content from my phone. Thank you.
