iPhone 14 ProMax doesn't support video call over mobile network

Hello, telecommunications operator A1 Bulgaria claims that the iPhone 14 Pro Max does not support video calls via mobile network. Is this true?

That depends on your carrier and what you mean by “video calls”. Are you referring to facetime video, another app, or the old, now obsolete “video calls” that some manufacturers implemented on some devices before smartphones like the iphone and android became ubiquitous.

No, this isn't true. But your carrier may not support video calls over data. iPhone itself does not block video calls using cellular data.

It's about the "obsolete" video calls :) the problem is that the operator says that this service is enabled on my SIM card, but there is no button to start a video call, there is only one for voice.
