Photo search doesn’t populate captioned photos after iPhone iOS 18 update

Since updating iOS, photo search doesn’t populate captioned photos. Very frustrating. I caption hundreds of photos for work and the previous iOS search would grab key words out of any caption and populate all pictures.

Have you updated to iOS 18.2 yet? The release notes mention Photos app changes, so it may have that ability now.
