Apple Watch Series 4 not working properly after latest update

My iwatch 4 has the latest update and keeps going crazy. Like someone is touching the screen or even the dial button.

Already done a hard reset (push dial and button 10 seconds) but nothing.

How can i fix this?

That's sounding a lot like a hardware issue to me. Possibly a failing screen. I suggest you make arrangements to have Apple evaluate it.

Note that it's likely it won't really be worth repairing. You may want to consider purchaing a new watch.

According to your post’s details, you have watchOS 10, not watchOS 11. watchOS 10 was released a year ago, so you don’t actually have the latest update. You do have the latest update that your Apple Watch can get, though. watchOS 11 isn’t even compatible with the Apple Watch Series 4.

Also, it’s not always an update’s fault. These issues happen all the time, and just because it’s after an update doesn’t actually mean that the update caused it. Saying so is committing a post-hoc fallacy. Don’t worry, many people do this just because they don’t realize that updates very, very, very rarely cause these types of issues.

Unfortunately, no one here can fix this problem. This is a user-to-user forum; Apple does not read these posts. I suggest that you contact the Official Apple Support.

I hope this helps!
