Alarm not working on iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18

Hello, Apple.

I have used an iPhone for over 15 years but after purchasing a new iPhone 16 Pro and doing all the updates, the alarms on this expensive device do not work. I have had this issue from the day of purchase/ios 18 and it’s not a problem of “turning your volume up”. It’s a problem of the software.

I have done multiple restarts, turned all the volumes up, deleted the sleep schedule, deleted the alarms and setting them again and I am still not woken up. I have looked online for tips and am at a point where I need to go out and buy an alarm clock because this $$$$ device can not keep an alarm. I am stressed out during sleeping, constantly waking up checking the time. It’s ridiculous. Instead of fixing the emojis (which didn’t need to be fixed), fix the alarm.
