I am new to Mainstage 3 but have been using Logic for years. I have an M-Audio 2x2 interface which I connect to Mainstage. The interface gets signal, MainStage recognizes the M-Audio as the input source but I still do not get signal into the program. Any ideas?

Have you placed an object on the canvas and mapped it to your M-Audio device? Without doing that, you cannot get signal from it. Use the MIDI Activity object and see if, when you send MIDI to the Mac, it lights up.
No, it does not. That's why I suggested adding the object etc. You should then have access to the incoming signal in the patches in the concert. You could just create a concert from a simple template and remap the keyboard input to your M-Audio if that's easier for you.
On Logic, you just make sure it recognizes the interface as the audio input, wouldn't it work that way on Mainstage?
